The Brightlingsea Environment and Biodiversity Project is a survey of the Brightlingsea Town Council administrative area and seeks to provide current data on both the environment and its biodiversity. Risk analysis, resulting in risk assessments for a sample of sites, is introduced as an integral part of baselining.
