This is our annual mid-summer walk at Marks Hall to monitor butterflies in particular, especially the silver-washed fritillary and if we are lucky the purple emperor. We will also look at a wide range of plant and insect species found throughout this very varied estate. Ted knows the site well and has long been involved with the reintroduction and monitoring of butterfly species here.
