Join Dougal Urquhart on this walk through Cymbeline Meadows. This 74ha working farm owned by Colchester City Council is a Local Wildlife Site and consists of a variety of wildlife habitats including grazing meadows, arable fields, hedgerows, woodland and the river Colne.

Join Dougal Urquhart on this walk through Cymbeline Meadows. This 74ha working farm owned by Colchester City Council is a Local Wildlife Site and consists of a variety of wildlife habitats including grazing meadows, arable fields, hedgerows, woodland and the river Colne. We will be exploring many of these habitats and looking out for whatever wildlife catches our eyes.
Park in the layby on The Chase Way about 80m along on the right (CO3 4AZ; TL974258; ///sake.frames.pitch;). Additional parking and the meeting point are at the small site car park - it only takes 4 cars (CO3 4AR; TL975259; ///oddly.last.custom;).
