WALK - Spring wildlife of Hazeleigh Wood (£2)

Maureen, one of the owners, will be inviting us on a walk around the wood to see what species can be found. She will provide tea and coffee, but please bring a packed lunch if you would like to stay for the afternoon. There will then be the chance to explore the site independently, if you wish, but please note that there is no picking or taking of specimens without Maureen’s permission.

This ancient wood is mentioned in the Doomsday Book and is a mixed broadleaved wood with many species recorded. A donation of £2 per person is requested. This is a bookable event, please call Carla on the above number for bookings.
