Join Dougal Urquhart for a mid-winter visit to Abberton reservoir in search of winter wildfowl such as Smew and Goosander, hopefully some Bewick’s Swans too. We plan to visit the hides as well as looking from the causeways.
Meet at the EWT Visitor Centre. (CO2 0EU; ///brambles.immunity.ramming.) CNHS and EWT members free, a £3 donation will be requested from non members of either. Stout footwear will be adequate and warm clothing essential.
