This will be a general stroll around this lovely site with its mixed habitats, to see what we can find by way of plants, birds, insects or indeed anything in the natural history line. There will be no specific invited expertise but we hope that there will be plenty of knowledge amongst those attending that can be shared amongst us all. You will need strong footwear, appropriate clothing depending on the weather and maybe sun block. Optional Extra: Weather permitting, we will set at least one moth trap the previous evening. Anyone who would like to see some of the moths we find will be welcome to join us at 9am, before the ‘main event’. Obviously the event is weather dependent.
