Fungi Walk at Humberlands, Lawford - Sarah Manning

Booking is essential for this event which has been arranged by kind invitation of CNHS members Tim and Jenny Francis.

Join the Society's Fungi Recorder, Sarah Manning, on a walk around this most interesting site, which offers a wide variety of habitats. This is a good opportunity to visit a private nature reserve and see what we can find – in previous years we have found so many species that we have walked very little distance!

You will need good walking boots (some areas are quite uneven and there are lots of springs, so some spots can be permanently damp/boggy) and appropriate clothing depending on the weather. Obviously the event is weather dependent. It is essential to book your place by contacting Liz Cutting who is also happy to provide any further information you need.
